Simply peel off the lid and microwave for 3-4 minutes (on high) or ovenbake for 15-18 minutes (180oC).
Suitable for freezing, can cook from frozen just add a extra couple of minutes to the cooking time.
If you only wish to use one portion at a time, simply take one portion out and either wrap, place in a food bag or tupperware tub and place in the fridge of freezer.
