Tender nuggets of meat found beside the Ray wing - a great product if and when we can get them.
Chunky balls of succulent ray meat attached to a portion of bone. Limited availability due to the size of Ray that is required, may be supplied frozen if fresh unavailable on the day of delivery. There may be a slight smell of ammonia which is within the nature of the product.

Remove bone and coat in a batter mixture. Deep fry for 5-6 minutes.
