Bakes in around 15 minutes or grill for 5-6 minutes each side. A speedy recipe for sweet and sour with a difference - make a sweet and sour sauce with chopped spring onions, the contents of a small can of pineapple chunks, and a small can of chopped tomatoes. Bring to the boil and simmer for a couple of minutes. Add the cubed fish and simmer until the fish is cooked through. Thicken the sauce with a paste of corn flour and soy sauce.
