Ling is a member of the Cod family and works well in most white fish recipes. Check out our recipe library for ideas and inspiration! A nice easy way to cook ling would be to season and pop a pat of butter on the top bake in foil for 190°C for 15-18 minutes or until cooked. Alternatively pan fry for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked through.
