- Grill or pan fry for 3-4 minutes either side. Try mixing 1/3 cup sherry, 1tbsp minced ginger, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1tsp honey, and 2tsp chopped garlic and microwave for 1 min on high, allow to cool. Place 2 tuna steaks in a shallow dish, pour over mixture and leave for 2 hours. Grill for 3-4 mins each side, basting with the marinade.
