Meaty mussels cultivated in the clean waters of New Zealand. Supplied part-cooked and frozen. High in Omega-3!
Chop a clove of garlic, add 4 tbsp chopped parsley, 4 tbsp breadcrumbs and black pepper. Top each mussel with this mixture along with a small knob of butter. Oven bake @ 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
