Rope-grown Irish Mussels. They are pasteurised, blanched and ready to re-cook prior to consumption. A tasty treat!
Cook from frozen for 5-6 minutes in a covered pan on a full heat shaking the pan occasionally until the mussels open. Alternatively defrost the mussels and add to paella or stir fried dishes. Discard any mussels that do not open.
