Simply microwave, shallow fry, grill or bake. Alternatively check out the recipe section on the Regal website or attached to your order confirmation! We personally love to create a foil parcel with the Sea Bass a little Butter, Fennel and Oregano. Just 10 minutes at 200°C or Gas Mark 6.
