- Oven Bake: Place onto an ovenproof dish & cook in a preheated oven at 220°C for approximately 20-25 minutes in the upper part of the oven. Grill 8-10 mins turning occasionally. Deep Fry- Preheat to 180oC and fry for 8-10 mins.
