Serving Suggestions
Oven roast or pan fry. Cook from defrost - to pan fry, remove the butter and fry for 4 minutes on one side then turn over and place butter on top and continue to fry for another 4 minutes - use a moderate heat. Alternatively place defrosted portions onto an oven tray and roast for approximately 10 minutes @180°C/ GM 5 until cooked through. If cooking from frozen allow approximately 20 minutes cooking time and ensure product is cooked through before serving.
