Two Fresh salmon portions coated in a sweet fresh tasting mint glaze with hint of tomato.
Supplied in a microwave/ ovenable tray, ready to peel the seal and cook. All prepared each day using our fresh boned, skin on Salmon portions 'in-house' so you can be assured of a quality product. These are supplied in pairs but if you wish to use one at a time, you can remove from the tray, put one in a food bag and freeze and either microwave or oven bake the other portion. Serving Suggestions
Oven: Pierce film and place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C for approx 20-25 minutes (chilled), 25-30 minutes (frozen). Microwave: (850w): Pierce film several times and cook on full power for 3-4 minutes (chilled), 5-6 minutes (frozen). Remove from packaging and serve. If you only wish to use one portion at a time, simply take one portion out and either wrap, place in a food bag or tupperware tub and place in the fridge of freezer. Take extra care when opening the film lid as the steam can get very hot! Suitable for home freezing, freeze on day of purchase.
