Serving Suggestions
Sprinkle 4 skinned fillets with the rind & juice of 1 orange, season. Roll up and place in a buttered dish. Cover and cook at 180C for 20 mins, leave to cool. Add the juice and rind of 1 orange to 150ml mayonnaise, mix well. Serve fish with the orange mayonnaise.
