Serving Suggestions
This is ready to eat after thawing. Defrost in the fridge for 4-6 hours or at room temperature in 1-2 hours. Once thawed should be eaten within 48 hours of opening. We do however recommend slicing whilst still slightly frozen for clean slices. Serves 4 people as a special festive starter - more as part of a festive buffet.
