- Microwave (pierce vac pack) cook for 2-3 minutes on high, stand for 1 minute cook for a further 1 minute. Oven - Cook in a preheated oven 190C/GM 5. Wrap the fish loosely in foil and place on a baking tray. Cook near the top of the oven for approximately 20 minutes or until cooked through. Poach- Place the vac packed fillet into a pan of simmering hot water and simmer gently for 15 minutes These portions can be cooked from frozen or defrosted BEST FROM FROZEN. (br) To defrost, leave at room temperature for 4-5 hours or overnight in a refrigerator.
