Vacuum Packed Atlantic Salmon Portions skin on, boned, vacuum packed and frozen
Meal Sized Salmon Portions make for the perfect 'oil rich' convenient family meal. Cooked in a matter of minutes from frozen and packed with nutritious flavour.
Oven: Remove all packaging. Place portion(s) on a non-stick baking tray or sheet pan and cook in a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F for 20-minutes from defrosted or from frozen for 25-minutes until cooked.
Pan fried: Remove all packaging Heat one tablespoon of oil and a little butter in a frying pan for medium to high heat.
Cook defrosted salmon portion(s) for 10-12 minutes turning portion(s) occasionally during cooking.
Grill: Remove all packaging. Brush the salmon portion(s) with oil. Place under a preheated grill for 10-12 minutes turning portion(s)
occasionally during cooking.
Microwave: Pierce vacuum sleeve. Place the portion on a microwaveable plate, dish or container. Cook for 4-5 minutes at 800W from frozen/ 3-4 from fresh until the portion is cooked. Increase by 1-minute for each additional portion.
