MUST BE COOKED BEFORE EATING Microwave - place on a microwaveable plate and cover. Microwave for 3-4 minutes on high, stand for 1 minute (2-3 minutes if defrosted) Oven - Cook in a preheated oven 190°C/ GM 5. Wrap the fish loosely in foil and place on a baking tray. Cook near the top of the oven for approximately 20-22 minutes (15-18 minutes from defrosted)
