We source the very best Smoked Kipper Fillets from Artisan Smokehouse Waveney Valley in Lowestoft. Using the traditional method of smoking the finest Herring in 150 year old kilns using 100% hardwood
2 fillets per pack. This product is undyed and is lightly cold smoked so requires cooking prior to consumption. Will contain bones. This product is usually chilled but may be supplied frozen when the product is in short supply.

Serving Suggestions
