Suitable for oven bake, microwave or pan fry! a speedy favourite of ours... Preheat oven to 190°C. Season 4 defrosted fillets and lay in a shallow oven dish. Pour 3 tbsp white wine and lemon juice around the fish and sprinkle each fillet with grated Parmesan. Bake for 15 mins, then grill until browned.
