Serving Suggestions
Oven: Place defrosted portion(s) on a non-stick baking tray or sheet pan and cook in a preheated oven at 190°C/375°F for 20-minutes or from frozen for 25-minutes until cooked. Pan fried: Heat one tablespoon of oil and a little butter in a frying pan for medium to high heat. Cook defrosted salmon portion(s) for 10-12 minutes turning portion(s) occasionally during cooking. Grill: Brush the salmon portion(s) with oil. Place under a preheated grill for 10-12 minutes turning portion(s) occasionally during cooking. Microwave: Place the portion on a microwaveable plate, dish or container. Cook for 3-4 minutes at 800W until the portion is cooked. Increase by 1-minute for each additional portion. Boiled: Boil the portion(s) in a boiling bag and boil for 15-17 minutes until cooked. Caution: Ensure food is piping hot and cooked through before serving.
