10 Salmon portions, supplied individually vac packed and frozen. These Salmon portions are skinned and boned. May contain 1-2 tail or neck ends.

Cooking from frozen
Microwave - place on a microwave plate and cover.
Microwave for 2 minutes on high, stand for 1 minute cook for a further 1 minute.
Oven - Cook in a preheated oven 190C/GM 5.
Wrap the fish loosely in foil and place on a baking tray.
Cook near the top of the oven for approximately 20 minutes or until cooked through.
