- Remove shells, leaving the tail end. Cut crevettes down the back centrally, open out butterfly style leaving the tails intact. Melt butter in a pan and add the crevettes along with chopped onion, garlic, mustard and seasoning. Cook for 3-4 minutes and add brandy and cream and heat until thickened. Serve hot with salad and crusty bread.
