Natural cold smoked fish, traditionally smoked overnight using smouldering wood chippings. The fish is raw but cured and has a distinctive taste. Each portion is individually vacuum packed and bagged ready to take out as you need them. (skin on, boned and natural - not dyed) Should contain a mix of loin portions and tails.
