Serving Suggestions
These portions can be cooked from frozen or defrosted BEST FROM FROZEN. To defrost, leave at room temperature for 4-5 hours or overnight in a refrigerator. To microwave: Remove outer packaging, pierce a hole in the individual vacuum pack. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 4 mins from frozen. Allow to stand for 1 minute. If defrosted, reduce the cooking time to 2 minutes and 30 seconds per portion. The time stated for cooking is for one portion only (Standard Microwave) To poach: Remove outer bag and (from frozen while still in its pouch) place a fillet or fillets in a pan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 15 minutes (10 minutes if defrosted) To oven bake: Remove all packaging, loosely wrap the fillet in lightly oiled foil and bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C / 375°F, Gas Mark 5 for 35-40 mins (15-20 minutes if defrosted).
