The Octopus requires cleaning, we advise rinsing the Octopus and then removing the ink sac and internal organs by making a circular cut around the beak with a paring knife. Pull away the beak (the organs will come with it).
To cook you can then simmer it (50-60 minutes or until you can easily push a knife through the body) or if you prefer to oven bake/ bbq, we would advise simmering for 30 minutes first to tenderise then season and ovenbake/ bbq with oil. This should take 30-40 minutes.
