oven Pre-heat the oven to 220oC/200oC for fan or Gas Mark 7. Remove all packaging and place the bites on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven. Bake for 14 minutes and turn half way through cooking for a crisp and golden crumb. fry Pre-heat the oil to 180oC and place bites into frying basket before lowering into the oil. Fry the bites for 4 minutes until golden and crisp before removing and leaving to stand for 1 minute to allow excess oil to drain before serving.
