REMOVE PLASTIC INSERTS BEFORE COOKING Best cooked from chilled, defrost thoroughly for 10-12 hours in the refrigerator. Place Coquilles on a baking tray in a preheated oven at 200°C/180°C/Gas mark 6 for 20-25 minutes, or until golden. (From frozen 25-30 minutes). Once defrosted use on the same day and do not refreeze.
