Smoked Mackerel Dip
Suggested cooking methods
- Skin the fish and roughly flake the fillets with a fork or wooden spoon.
- Beat or blend in the remaining ingredients until well blended.
Serving suggestion - Serve as a filling for baked potatoes, sandwiches or as a dip with tortilla chips, bread sticks and chopped raw vegetables.
Tip: You may wish to add a tsp of horseradish for extra flavour

- 2 x Regal Smoked Mackerel Fillets, fresh or defrosted
- 115g (4oz) fromage frais
- 1 x 5ml spoon (1 tsp) fresh chopped dill or parsley
