Cooking Method/Instructions

  1. Heat the Olive Oil in a pan and add the onion, garlic and pepper
  2. Cook and stir for a few minutes
  3. Add Sthe seafood cocktail (plus raw prawns) and rice and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Stir in half of the stock and wine as well as the saffron before sesaoning
  5. Bring to the boil and then simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally and add additional stock as necessary
  6. Taste the rice to check it is cooked, if not add some of the remaining stock
  7. Once the rice is done stir in the peas (and any cooked crevettes if using).
  8. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Cover with aluminium foil and leave for a couple of minutes to settle.
  9. Sprinkly Parsley and add lemon wedges to serve.

  1. Teaspoon Olive Oil

  4. 1 Pack Seafood Cocktail and if desired Raw Peeled Prawns or Crevettes
  5. 400g Uncooked Arborio Rice
  6. 500ml Stock
  7. 100ml White Wine (can replace with stock if desired)
  8. 1 pinch Saffron
  9. Handful Fresh ParsleySalt and Pepper (to season)
  10. 75g Frozen Peas
  11. Lemon (to garnish)
