Mustard Glazed Fillets

Delicious Lemon sole with a mustard glaze!

Cooking Method/Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill .
  2. Lay the fish fillets skin side down onto a greased grill pan
  3. Season, dot with butter and spread with the wholegrain mustard.
  4. Sprinkle over the sugar and lemon juice
  5. Cook under a medium grill for 5-6 minutes without turning

Suggestion - Serve with sauté potatoes and vegetables.


  • 2 x Regal prime quality frozen Lemon Sole Fillets, defrosted (fresh available in season)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Large knob of Butter
  • 1-2 tsps Wholegrain Mustard 
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • Juice 1/2 lemon
