Curried Salmon Flatbread

Cooking Method/Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/ Gas Mark 6
  2. Chop salmon into small cubes and mix into curry paste or powder (add desiccated coconut if required)
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and chopped coriander and mix together to a saucy consistancy.
  4. Spoon over a flatbread/naan and spread to cover the surface. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the fish is cooked.

Serve with a mango chutney or dollop of yogurt on the side.


  • 1 boned Salmon portion
  • Curry paste or curry powder
  • ¼ tin chopped tomatoes or 2 fresh tomatoes chopped
  • Chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon Desiccated coconut if desired
  • 2 Flatbread or Naan breads
