Red Snapper in a delicious butter sauce

Cooking Method/Instructions

Pre heat oven to 200 degrees (fan assisted) 220 degrees conventional 

 Lay red snapper skin side facing down on oven dish.

Season with salt and pepper and paprika. Drizzle with a little olive oil, This helps the fish not dry out in oven.

 Mix the garlic, chives and rosemary into the butter I recommend olive spread but normal butter will still work just as well.

 Place red snapper in the oven for 13 mins. After 13 mins remove from oven put a table spoon and a half of butter on each fillet of snapper. Then drizzle with fresh lemon juice or bottled lemon juice (works just as well)

Return to the oven for a minute. Allow the butter to melt into the fish but remove before all butter is melted. This allows the butter to still melt whilst serving/eating the red snapper giving a lovely presentation to the dish. 

 This can be served with new potatoes, Salad or rice. With the remaining butter in dish drizzle over chosen side to give extra flavour to your sides.

2 tsp paprika

2 tsp Garlic Granules

2 tsp dried chives

2 tsp dried rosemary

3 tbsp butter

1 Fresh lemon or bottled lemon juice
