  1. Skin the fish and roughly flake the fillets with a fork or wooden spoon.
  2. Beat or blend in the remaining ingredients until well blended.

Serving suggestion - Serve as a filling for baked potatoes, sandwiches or as a dip with tortilla chips, bread sticks and chopped raw vegetables.

Tip: You may wish to add a tsp of horseradish for extra flavour
