Serving Suggestion:
Fry 4 portions in butter for 4 mins each side, place in a serving dish. Mix together 1tbsp English Mustard, 3tsp natural yoghurt, 2tsp lemon juice, 2tsp Worcestershire Sauce. Pour into butter and heat through. Pour over the whiting and serve hot.
