A most tasty fish with a stunning pearly pink skin.

Bream fillets have a tasty firm flesh that benefits from a dusting of herbs and spices. These fillets are supplied skin on and may have some bones remaining.

Species/Origin: Sebastes marinus/N Atlantic

Available: All year round

Serving: 3-5 fillets per Kg

Use by (fresh): 2-3 days @ 5°C

Use by (frozen): Upto 3 months

Serving Suggestion:
Lay in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with slivers of garlic, rosemary and thyme. Squeeze over lemon juice, add white wine and slices of lemon and tomato. Cook @ 180^C for 15-20 minutes.
