A firm textured, mild flavoured fish - an excellent alternative to Cod or Haddock.

A lesser known MSC traceable white fish from New Zealand with a delicate sweet flavour and firm flakey flesh. Supplied as 6 skinless and boneless fillets per pack. The fish is caught, filleted and frozen at sea to ensure a top quality product.
