- Serving Suggestions
- Heat butter in a frying pan and cook the fish on both sides for 2-3 mins. Add 4 tbsps lemon juice, salt & pepper and cook for 3-4 mins. Remove the fish and pour cream into the pan with mustard and Worcester sauce, mix well and warm through. Pour over the fish and serve.
