Serving Suggestion:
Cut the tails into 2cm strips and lay out in a shallow dish. Mix together salt, turmeric and chilli powder and add water to make a paste. Rub the paste into the fish and leave for 1 hour. Fry the fish in olive oil until golden brown, drain and serve with rice or salad
