Serving Suggestion:
Preheat oven to 190°C/ 375°F/Gas Mark 5, arrange cod loin in ovenproof dish. Top with fried onions and mushrooms. Top with tomato slices and grated cheese and breadcrumbs, season and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
