Regal quality cod, carefully skinned and boned for your convenience.

The fillets will arrive with no skin and a V shape cut into the shoulder of the fillet where the bone line has been removed. This product is slightly more expensive due to extra weight being added to the pack to compensate for the weight loss.

Use by (frozen): Upto 3 months

Serving Suggestion:
Dust the fish in a mixture of flour, coriander and seasoning. Fry the fish in butter until golden on both sides. Add 1tbsp of lemon juice to the butter, continue cooking for 4-5 minutes. Remove fish. Mix one egg yolk with double cream and add to the pan, heat gently until the sauce thickens. Serve the fish drizzled with sauce.
