Excellent quality boned fillets with a firm flaky flesh.

Select cod fillets with the bone line removed for your convenience.These fillets will arrive with a V shape cut in the shoulder of the fillet where the bone line has been removed. Boned cod is slightly more expensive due to extra weight being added to the pack to compensate for the weight loss during the boning process.

Serving Suggestion:
Sprinkle with white wine and seasoning and bake at 200°C/400°F/ Gas Mark 6 for 10-15 minutes.
