A choice selection of cod, haddock and salmon with the bones removed for your convenience. The cod and haddock will arrive with a "V" shaped notch removed in the shoulder of the fillet, the appearance of the salmon will remain unaffected although there may be some tearing of the flesh. Please note that while every effort is made to ensure that this product is bone free, some minor bones may remain.
