A popular frozen selection pack containing 1Kg frozen plaice fillets, 1Kg frozen cod loin and 1Kg frozen boned haddock fillets, all individually frozen and freezer ready. When ever possible we purchase our plaice and lemon sole from reputable Grimsby producer's Flatfish, who enforce environmentally friendly techniques throughout all aspects of their business. They have developed their own sustainability policy, which they actively encourage their suppliers to follow. Fish is sourced from well-managed waters where beam-trawling techniques are prohibited. Where possible, only mature lemon sole and plaice above 27cm in size are selected. This ensures that the fish have had every opportunity to breed and replenish the seas.
