Serving Suggestion:
Oven bake - spread on pre-heated tray and cooke @ 200°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7 for 15-20 minutes until crisp. Fan assisted ovens adjust timing according to manufacturers instructions. Deep fry @180° for 3-4 minutes or shallow fry for 7-8 minutes over a moderate heat turning once during cooking.
