Salmon Fillets (32%), Reconstituted Mashed Potato (contains: Potato Flake, Cream, stabiliser ( E407) (14%), Seasoning (contains: Rusk, Salt, Flavour Enhancer (E621), Herbs (Chives and Parsley), Emulsifier (E451), Lemon Juice Concentrate), Cod Fillets, Breadcrumbs (contains: Wheat Flour, Salt, Yeast), Batter (Contains: Wheat Flour, Water, Salt), Rape Seed Oil, Chives. Serving Suggestion:
For best results cook from frozen - Oven bake at 210°C for 18-20 minutes. Product can be shallow fried over a medium heat for 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill under medium to high heat for approximately 10-12 minutes.
