Raw peeled and deveined king prawns individually quick frozen and coated in a creamy garlic seasoned sauce - product best cooked from frozen. This product is ideal for a luxurious pasta or fish topping, added to stir-fries or as a tasty starter with fresh crusty bread to mop up the delicious sauce! For something different, try adding to a fish pie base before topping with creamy mashed potatoes for a mouthwatering family meal. For bbq season, pop them into foil parcels along with our blanched mussels and half shell scallops, seal and place on the barbecue until cooked - shake to distribute the garlic sauce over all the shellfish.

Ingredients:
50% Raw King Prawns (Penaeus spp)(peeled and deveined), 50% Garlic sauce (water, butter, pecorino cheese (6%), vegetable oil, garlic powder (2%), herbs, salt, white wine vinegar, sugar, onion powder,concentrated lemon juice, stabiliser (Xanthan Gum (E415)), modified starch, spices, white pepper, fish bouillon flavouring (contains: dextrose, salt, fish powder, yeast extract, garlic powder, herb extract, spice extract), colour (Carotene (E160a)).

Serving Suggestion:
Details on pack - Oven bake 230°C/Gas 8. Pan saute over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, stiring occasionally. To microwave, place in a microwave safe dish, cover and cook on high power for 5 minutes, stir and cook for a further 4 minutes. Stand for one minute before serving. (Based on a 750W microwave)
