Serving Suggestions
Add the fish to a pan, add thyme, bayleaf, parsley and 8 peppercorns. Cover with a mixture of half milk and water. Bring to the boil, leave for 1 minute then take off the stove and cover for 3-4 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges and butter.
