This cold smoked fish is dipped in a natural dye to give it it's distinctive yellow appearance then traditionally smoked overnight using wood chippings.

Ingredients:
Cod, Salt, Annatto (E160b), Turmeric (E100)
Serving Suggestion:
Fry onions and mushrooms in butter. Add flour and milk & lemon juice to produce a thick sauce. Skin and cube fish, add to the mixture and heat through until cooked. Add boiled egg quarters and pile into a dish and top with grated cheese. Grill for 2 mins and serve with vegetables.
