Re-cook these shell on mussels through with white wine, cream and garlic for the perfect supper with crusty bread to dip into the delicious juices.
Select Irish mussels complete with their shells and vacuum packed. These mussels are pasteurised and are ready for re-cooking.

Serving Suggestion:
Defrost and place into a pan with garlic butter. Heat through on a medium heat for approx 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Can be microwaved - as a guideline pour the contents of the pouch into a microwaveable bowl, cover and cook for 3 mins @800W. Remove bowl from the microwave, stir and cook for a further 2 mins. Any mussels that do not open should be discarded.
Serve with crusty white bread.
