Ingredients:
Yellowfin Sole Fillets (80%), Rapeseed Oil, Wheat Flour, Rice Flour, Wheat Starch, Dextrose, salt, Citric Acid, Parsley, Spray Dried Lemon Juice Concentrate, Sugar, Natural Flavouring.


Serving Suggestion:
Cook from frozen - Oven Bake at 220°C on a baking tray in the upper part of the oven for approximately 20-22 mins or shallow fry in oil for 10-12 minutes over a medium heat turning occasionally. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving. Serve with a selection of vegetable or salad for a light and tasty meal.
