Salmon (92%), Beurre Maison: Butter (77%), Red Onion (9.5%), Spring Onion, Herbs (2%), Dijon Mustard (2%): Mustard Flour, Water, White Wine Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, White Wine, Herbs, Salt, Lemon Juice, Garlic Puree, Pepper, Cracked Black Pepper
Serving Suggestion:
Oven roast or pan fry. Cook from defrost - to pan fry, remove the butter and fry for 4 minutes on one side then turn over and place butter on top and continue to fry for another 4 minutes - use a moderate heat. Alternatively place defrosted portions onto an oven tray and roast for approximately 10 minutes @180°C/ GM 5 until cooked through. If cooking from frozen allow approximatley 20 minutes cooking time and ensure product is cooked through before serving.
